B. Apply the basic knowledge gained to the understanding of diagnosis and treatment of specific metabolic diseases
C. Seek out appropriate literature references to design research projects and select appropriate research strategies to solve specific problems
5. Learning and Teaching Resources
There is no set textbook for this course, however, appropriate PowerPoint notes, reference material and reading assignments will be provided, covering the respective topics to be discussed. Material relevant to the upcoming Sype lecture/discussion will be emailed to the students one week before the 30 min weekly Skype session to allow students to review these notes before the respective
