The clinic was certified as the first center for foot and ankle surgery for maximum care in Germany. This was done long before the current discussion about center formation. We are therefore a pioneer in center formation and are currently the only foot center that is shown in the hospital bed plan. Our slogan "We are the foot center" , however, does not refer specifically to this, but rather to our excellent personnel expertise and equipment. The clinic uses all standard and innovative methods such as pedography including intraoperative pedography for diagnostics, planning and therapy, 3D X-ray imaging while standing with exercise (digital volume tomography [DVT] using pedCAT) , computer-assisted deformity analysis and correction planning , navigation , intraoperative 3D X-ray imaging and stem cell transplantation . We offer a comprehensive and innovative operative and non-operative therapy of foot and ankle problems in every age.

Our team around Prof. Dr. Martinus Richter supports you in close cooperation with established cooperation partners from the first performance to the last follow-up examination.

In addition, we also offer consultation appointments in the Sana Clinic Nuremberg . X-rays with exertion, computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can also be carried out here. The pedography and 3D X-ray imaging while standing with load (pedCAT) is currently only available at our site Rummelsberg Hospital.

The team has published "Matrix-associated Stem Cell Transplantation (MAST) in Chondral Lesions at the Ankle as Part of a Complex Surgical Approach- 5-year-follow-up in 100 Patients".

Modules

We are interested in having a 4-12 week program per candidate for the onsite or five online one-on-one classes. The honoraria paid to you will be drafted in the contract. More than anything, you will be able to mentor many students around the world.
