San Gallicano Institute (ISG) is the oldest dermatological institute of Italy founded in 1725 by Benedetto XIII the Pope and since 1939 is the National Dermatological Institute for research and care. One of the major aim of the Institute is the diagnosis, management and treatment of neoplastic and inflammatory skin conditions; for that, during the last 20 years, intellectual as well as technical investments on new technologies for skin analysis has been a driver in the development of new fields of research and care. In details, techniques for skin bioengineering and non-invasive skin analysis has been acquired, improved and insect in the clinical and basic researches as well as in the patient management.
Trialect has partnered with the Department of Dermatology of the ISG to provide short-term Trialect fellowships in the field of Non-invasive diagnosis techniques for skin diseases.
In our Institute fellows will gain some experience in:
Non-invasive techniques for skin neoplasms and inflammatory disease diagnosis and management. In specific the following devices will be described using lectures and technical descriptions; later they will be observed in use on the patients and practically and actively used by attenders on in vivo models:

Fellows will be also requested to attend local conferences, seminars, and lectures and will be potentially involved in research activity accordingly with the Fellowship duration and attender attitudes extrapolated from both CV evaluation and fellow’s requests.
